Natalie is the Modern Hippie Mama and co-author of a new book coming out titled The Peaceful Mama: The Mind, Body, and Baby Connection. Natalie is also a certified health coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and has a background in pilates and dance. In this episode Natalie shares about her journey into becoming the modern hippie mama. She also shares about the book and some of the learning lessons held inside the book, which comes out in May 2018.
