Natalie is the Modern Hippie Mama and co-author of a new book coming out titled The Peaceful Mama: The Mind, Body, and Baby Connection. Natalie is also a certified health coach by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and has a background in pilates and dance. In this episode Natalie shares about her journey into becoming the modern hippie mama.
