Juan is a father, entrepeneuer, and strength and conditioning coach at DEUCE Gym in Venice, CA. Juan followed his passion and started learning more about fitness and coaching competitive soccer. His style of training and desire to learn more led him to DEUCE Gym to complete the Coach’s Prep program. Juan is passionate about helping people of any age reach their potential and improve their standard of living. He believes that consistency, an open mindset, and a community of support is they key to making fitness work. When he isn’t training at DEUCE Gym, Juan spends his free time with his wife Flor and his son Lucas.

She helps women prepare their bodies for pregnancy, increase energy levels, get their periods back and on track, lose weight, eat healthier and maintain a balanced mood. Katie has done training through the Institute of Integrative Nurtition, The Institute of the Psychology of Eating, and trained under Dr. Sara Gottfried and Nichole Jardim (aka the Period Girl).
