Mia Grant is a mother of three grown children and grandmother of five. She works as a registered nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and in the Maternal and Newborn Care Unit of a major hospital in New York. Twelve years ago, her twin grandchildren, Ava and Mikey, were born five weeks premature. She helped care for Ava and felt the need to be there to share my love. That nights she woke her husband up to share with him that she was shifting careers to be a NICU nurse. Two weeks later, she was enrolled in school. She finished her bachelor's Degree in Science of Nursing after four years. Listen up as she shares a bit into her life and a new career after becoming a grandma.

Amy VanHaren is the found of the Pumpspotting App. She came up with the idea for the pumpspotting app while traveling for work after returning to work after her second baby. The pumpspotting app allows women to share their favorite breastfeeding friendly businesses as well as trouble shoot with other women going through a similar experience.

She has attended over 1500+ births with families birthing in hospitals, birth centers, and homebirths throughout the SF Bay Area & beyond. Tracie now spends most of her time in Atlanta while supporting doulas of color across the United States.

She offers private counseling for women individually and with their partners on issues such as anxiousness and emotional fluctuation during pregnancy, postpartum blues and depression, and the complex issues that can arise between and around new and expectant parents. Dr. Berlin is the creator of The AfterBirth Plan Workshop, a program that prepares couples for what to expect after a baby is born and how to prepare for a physically and emotionally healthy postpartum transition for the baby, for each partner and for the evolving relationship.
