Juan is passionate about helping people of any age reach their potential and improve their standard of living. He believes that consistency, an open mindset, and a community of support is they key to making fitness work. Morgane isi the Director of the NYC Doula Collective. She is also a DONA certified birth doula, Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, Childbirth Educator and Placenta Encapsulator. Morgane runs workshops for health care professionals around the U.S. on supporting LGBTQI families in the birth and postpartum periods. She combines her professional background in gender studies and health with a deep appreciation and respect for the birth process. In this episode, Morgane also shares about her journey. She is 34 weeks pregnant and Morgane and her wife just found out their baby is breech. She later transitioned into a Nanny for families in San Diego. Megan became more passionate about family dynamics and how to encourage positive connections at the very beginning of life. Megan truly loves to support the birth of a new family.
