Joe DiStefano is an international speaker, fitness expert, entrepreneur and lifestyle coach. During his eight years as Head of Sport and Training at Spartan Race, Joe worked full-time with professional endurance athletes and taught seminars all over the world. Joe is the Founder of RUNGA, an experiential lifestyle brand empowering individuals through highly effective and sustainable practices that fuel health, wellness and performance. His talks and teachings focus on engraining profound mindset shifts, giving audiences the courage and the tools align their actions with their objectives throughout daily life.

After a traumatic brain injury, Joe dedicated his life to finding health again, stopping at nothing to regain his potential. Today, this experience shapes him as a coach and educator, where he believes that removing negatives and environmental detractors is a necessary step before piling on new tools and practices. While the industry is focused on the ‘sweaty and sore’ scale, Joe looks at the ‘health and happiness’ scale as a measure of success with his clients.

Dr. Ruth O. Arumala is an Obstetrician- Gynecologist & women’s health advocate with a solo practice in Mansfield, Texas. Dr. Arumala offers comprehensive women’s health services with a focus on the medical & surgical management of fibroids, polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility, sexual dysfunction and menopause. She is passionate about empowering women to live a healthier more fulfilling life through improving health literacy. Dr. Arumala is a proud Nigerian-American raised in Salisbury, Maryland. She incorporates her myriad of experiences to offer the best, evidence-based care in a compassionate manner to her patients.

Dr. Moses Bernard is a MOVEMENT PERFORMANCE CHIROPRACTOR. He has been studying human movement for over 19 years and his single purpose has been to help teach people how to move better. He has extensive training as an upper cervical chiropractor, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Dr. Moses Bernard may be one of those humans that is an expert in human movement because he continues to remain curious about the human body and movement. He has enjoyed a wide variety of sports and activities over the years, and competed internationally in track and field while at university in Canada. Dr. Moses started cycling competitively after moving to Florida in 2009, and raced across the state for about four years. His current workouts and training are a mix of mobility training, running, powerlifting, and yoga. Dr. Moses Bernard has worked with organizations including: The NFL, NFL Players Organization, MLB and traveled with the Toronto Blue Jays.

Dr. Juan Michelle Martin is a licensed physical therapist of 13 years, with an extensive background in patient care and as a competitive athlete.

She has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedic practices and hospital settings, seeing a variety of clients from competitive athletes to kids, to pregnant/ postpartum women and more. This experience fueled her desire to focus exclusively on the pelvic floor as she realized that there was a huge gap in care and individuals often suffered when they didn't have to because there was unaware that there were solutions.
