Betsey is an is an American water polo goalkeeper, who won a Gold medal with the United States Women's National Water polo team at the 2012 Olympics in London. Among her list of athletic achievements no less than her Olympic endeavors, Betsey is a mother of an almost 3 year old boy and is 35 weeks pregnant with another baby boy! Coming from a background of elite level athleticism, which requires elite level mindset training, I was so excited to hear Betsey share about how this mindset supported her in her Motherhood Transition. Betsey is clearly most proud of her role as a mother and it was such a pleasure getting to hear her story.
