Katie is an award winning holistic health coach who specializes in women’s hormonal health. She helps women prepare their bodies for pregnancy, increase energy levels, get their periods back and on track, lose weight, eat healthier and maintain a balanced mood. Katie has done training through the Institute of Integrative Nurtition, The Institute of the Psychology of Eating, and trained under Dr. Sara Gottfried and Nichole Jardim (aka the Period Girl).
